Lucknow: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has expressed interest in setting up a Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Tulsipur village of Balrampur district, as part of efforts to promote the scientific and economic utilisation of cow dung, agricultural residues and other livestock-based bio-waste.
