Major Divya Sharma, Administrative Officer (AO) of 19 UP NCC Girls Battalion, Lucknow has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Raksha Rajya Mantri Commendation Card’. The award was conferred for her outstanding contribution in empowering and inspiring girl cadets, organising NCC training, social and community service activities and fostering discipline and a sense of national pride among her cadets.
The Commanding Officer of 19 UP NCC Girls Battalion, Colonel Deepak Kumar while praising the officers’ leadership remarked that the performance of the officer has positively impacted the morale and performance of the unit, earning her the respect of her peers and superiors alike.
