11 New Rules Implemented for the First Time to Ensure Fair and Secure Examinations

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UP Board) examinations commenced on February 24 and will continue until March 12. This year, the board has introduced several new rules aimed at making the examination process more transparent, secure, and stress-free for students.

Special Initiatives to Reduce Student Stress

For the first time, counselors have been appointed at examination centers to provide psychological support to students. Additionally, help desks and helpline numbers have been introduced to assist students in managing stress and improving their performance.

UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has urged students to take their exams without stress. These initiatives have not only brought relief to students but have also been welcomed by parents.

Extensive Use of Technology and Strict Security Measures

To ensure the transparency and fairness of the examinations, technology has been widely incorporated into the process. Special apps are being used for both practical examinations and monitoring students and examiners. Measures such as numbering systems and double-lock security have been implemented to prevent any irregularities.
