District Magistrate Reviews Preparations for Proposed VVIP Visit to Bareilly

Bareilly: In view of the proposed visit of a VVIP to Bareilly district on June 30, the District Magistrate convened a review meeting with senior officials at the Circuit House auditorium to assess the status of preparations and ensure smooth execution of the programme.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate conducted a detailed review of all arrangements related to the proposed visit and directed officials to complete every task within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Special emphasis was laid on preparations related to the programme venue, security arrangements, traffic management, sanitation, drinking water supply, electricity, medical facilities, parking arrangements and other essential services. Officials were instructed to ensure that all necessary arrangements are completed well before the scheduled visit.

The District Magistrate stressed the importance of inter-departmental coordination and directed all concerned departments to discharge their responsibilities with utmost seriousness and accountability. He also instructed officers to continuously monitor the progress of assigned works and ensure that no negligence occurs at any stage.

The Public Works Department, Municipal Corporation, Police Administration, Electricity Department, Jal Nigam and other concerned agencies were directed to complete their respective assignments on a priority basis to ensure the successful conduct of the visit.

Describing the proposed VVIP tour as an important event for the district, the District Magistrate called upon all officials to work with a spirit of teamwork and coordination to ensure that the programme is conducted smoothly, efficiently and in an orderly manner.

The review meeting was attended by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Municipal Commissioner, Vice-Chairman of the Bareilly Development Authority, Additional District Magistrates, Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department and officers from various other departments.
