BJP well placed to cross the 400 mark – Arun Govil

Meerut: Actor Arun Govil, who played the role of Shri Ram in Doordarshan’s popular serial ‘Ramayana’, on Tuesday filed his nomination papers as BJP candidate from Meerut Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh. During this, actor-turned-politician Arun Govil said, “Today I have filed nomination papers in the presence of the most respected Keshav Prasad Maurya ji.” Looking at the kind of enthusiasm there is among people right now, I have full hope that this time too I will get as much love as I have been getting.

Arun Govil thanked BJP

Arun Govil said, “I want to thank BJP.” This time, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP will cross the 400 mark. Whatever the Prime Minister has said, he has fulfilled it.” Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, who came to file nomination with Arun Govil, said, “Arun Govil ji has filed his nomination papers as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate today.” There is tremendous enthusiasm among the public and I have full confidence that BJP will achieve the target of winning 80 out of 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh and 400 seats in the country and our Prime Ministerial candidate will again become the Prime Minister.”

BJP busy preparing for 2047 through 2024

When Keshav Prasad Maurya was asked who he sees in competition with BJP this time, he said that this time there is no one in competition with us. At the same time, when Keshav Prasad Maurya was asked about the current situation of Samajwadi Party, he said that at present there is huge infighting in SP, we are busy preparing for 2024 to 2047.
