Lucknow: After a year-long hiatus, Military Literature Festival Lucknow returns with renewed vigour and fresh ideas! Season 3 promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more engaging—celebrating the spirit of military history, valour, literature, and camaraderie.
As a thrilling prelude to the Festival, an electrifying Golf Knockout Competition was held at Mauribagh Club, witnessing 32 teams and 64 golfers battling it out in a Match Play format over 50 intense days. From nail-biting finishes to spirited sportsmanship, every round was a test of nerves.
The grand finale, held this Monday, saw a gripping clash right down to the 18th hole. Col Pramod Yadav and Col Neeraj Mishra emerged victorious in a cliffhanger, defeating Brig SS Pundir and Col RP Mishra in an unforgettable finish.
Organised by MLCFF (Military Literature & Culture Foundation), the Festival is more than an event—it’s a tribute to the spirit of service. From war stories to poetry, books to battlefields, films to fitness, and civil-military connect to fine arts, MLCFF celebrates all that binds us to the Armed Forces.
