Ayodhya: After the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla, preparations for Ram Navami have intensified in his birthplace temple. Special care is being taken of security and facilities . On the instructions of State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi), the Chief Secretary and DGP themselves are monitoring the preparations for the event to be held on April 17 in Ayodhya. Keeping in mind the large number of devotees coming to Ayodhya and taking bath in the holy Saryu river, the government is busy finalizing the preparations. In view of various incidents of drowning in Saryu river during bathing, the administration has made elaborate arrangements on the occasion of Ram Navami. For this, it has been decided to run six more fiber motor boats in Saryu river.
On Chaitra Shukla Navami (Ram Navami), lakhs of devotees from every corner of the country are going to come to Ayodhya for darshan, worship and Saryu bath to wish for salvation. This time it is the first Ram Navami after the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla. In such a situation, there is a possibility of huge crowd gathering in Ayodhya. Also, a large number of people will take bath in Saryu and become participants in the virtue.
Keeping in mind any untoward incident that may occur during this period, complete security arrangements have been made. For this, the number of fiber motor boats in the river has been increased. Earlier, during Pran Pratistha on January 22, four motor boats were deployed in the river, increasing their number, now six new fiber motor boats have been called for. Water police in-charge Rube Pratap Maurya said that as the crowd increases, the number of boats will also be increased.
Water police in-charge said that a 40 horse power motor has been installed in the fiber boat. It can be turned with the help of steering. Tight security arrangements have been made. People are also suggested to be cautious while bathing in the river and follow the instructions.
The administration has also got barricading done in the river, which no one will be able to cross. Constable Nityanand, who drives the motor boat, also said that its speed is quite good, which helps us to respond immediately if any untoward incident occurs. This boat is 6 seater.
