Ayodhya: For the first time, a state-of-the-art AI generative chatbot “Kumbh Sahayak” is being developed to provide world-class facilities to the devotees in Mahakumbh 2025. This chatbot will provide all the information related to Mahakumbh to the devotees in more than 10 languages including Hindi, English.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed this initiative and said that the aim is to make Mahakumbh 2025 a symbol of the confluence of ancient Sanatan traditions as well as modern technology. This chatbot will be operated through Mahakumbh 2025 app and WhatsApp.
The “Kumbh Sahayak” chatbot will act as a personal guide of the devotees in Mahakumbh. This chatbot will be equipped with Google navigation, which will direct the way to the sectors, arenas, bathing ghats, parking places, places of stay in the Mahakumbh area. Apart from this, this chatbot will also provide devotees with information about the history, traditions, bathing dates, major ghats, temples, railway stations, bus stands and other necessary information of the Mahakumbh.
The Kumbh Sahayak chatbot will be operated through the Bhashini app, so that this chatbot can communicate with the devotees by speaking or writing. Through this, devotees coming from the country and abroad, people speaking different languages and international tourists will also be able to get easy information.
Apart from this, this chatbot will also give information about the various events taking place in the Mahakumbh to the devotees from time to time. Along with this, the names and addresses of tour and travel packages, hotels and homestays recognized by the government will also be available.
Additional Mela Adhikari Vivek Chaturvedi said that the purpose of this chatbot is to make the Mahakumbh even more convenient and safe. Along with answering questions related to every aspect of the Mahakumbh, “Kumbh Sahayak” will help the devotees to improve their travel experience.
Through this technological initiative, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath aims to make Maha Kumbh 2025 a model for the whole world, where ancient culture and modern facilities coexist and pave the way for prosperity.
