Mumbai: Actor Ada Sharma is set to revisit the horror genre with a new series of short films titled Ada Ki Aahat, scheduled to make its debut around Halloween. Promising a blend of mystery, suspense and unexpected twists, the series will offer audiences another glimpse of her distinctive horror persona.
Ada first made a mark in the genre with the film 1920. Since then, she has demonstrated her versatility through projects such as The Kerala Story, Sunflower, Commando and Rita Sanyal.
According to Ada, two of her horror films are scheduled for release in 2027. However, responding to the continued demand from fans to see her in the genre, she decided to launch Ada Ki Aahat as a separate short-film series.
The actor is also exploring different roles in upcoming projects. These include Super Velli, in which she plays a lazy superhero, and a trilingual film where she will portray a goddess. With these diverse projects, Ada is looking to expand her screen presence while returning to the genre that first brought her recognition.
