Action fast tracked to free illegally encroached land

Lucknow: As per the instructions of Municipal Commissioner  Inderjit Singh, intensive campaigns are being run continuously to take action against illegal occupants and to free government lands/properties from encroachment. So far, various government lands/properties worth crores of rupees, which were under encroachment for a long time, have been vacated. In the same sequence,  action was taken against illegal occupants by freeing government lands from encroachment at various places under the Municipal Corporation.

First of all, Sasra number 1542G area 3.920 hectare of village- Havetmau Mawaiya of Sarojininagar Tehsil is pond land, which is the property of Municipal Corporation. As per the instructions of  Pankaj Srivastava, Additional Municipal Commissioner, the illegal encroachment on the said Khatara No. has been removed peacefully  on 05.06.24 by Lekhpal Subhadh Gupta and Laalta Prasad under the chairmanship of  Neeraj Katiyar Nayan Tehsildar. 2712 sq. ft. land was vacated from the said illegal occupation, market value- is approximately Rs. 81,66000 (eighty one lakh sixty six thousand).

On the other hand, in village Sarain Sheikh of Chinhat, Ramu, Madanlal and Shyamu occupied 0.300 hectare barren land of Khasra number 487 by building a shop, in village Chakmalhauri of Chinhat, Lalit Rawat and Lalit Pandey occupied 0.417 and 0.459 hectare barren land of Khasra number 88 and 89 by constructing a building, while in Salempur Patora of Para, 0.4930 hectare barren land of Khasra number 654 was occupied by Ramu Pal on 2500 sq. ft. and Sujit Pal on 3000 sq. ft. land. Hence, to take action against the illegal occupants of the said lands, accountant  Raju Soni and  Anupam Kumar filed a complaint for registering an FIR in their police station areas. The market value of the said lands is around Rs. 5 crores.
