Organised for ACCA and CFA Students in Collaboration with Agathen Learning

National Post Graduate College (NPGC), Lucknow, in collaboration with Agathen Learning, Powered by ISM Edutech, is organising an educational field visit to the Dial 112 Police Headquarters, Lucknow, on 22 October 2026 for students pursuing professional ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) programmes.
The visit is being organised with the objective of bridging the gap between academic learning and practical exposure by familiarising students with the functioning of a modern emergency response system and the professional environment of a public safety organisation.
The initiative reflects the commitment of National P.G. College and Agathen Learning to providing students with industry-oriented learning opportunities that extend beyond traditional classroom education. Through such initiatives, students are encouraged to develop professional competencies, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of organisational processes.
Purpose and Significance of the Visit
The educational visit aims to provide students with first-hand exposure to the operational framework of the Dial 112 emergency response system. During the visit, students are expected to gain insights into emergency call management, communication networks, coordination among response teams, and the role of technology in ensuring public safety.
The visit will also help students understand how data management, reporting, real-time decision-making, and interdepartmental coordination contribute to the effective functioning of a large public service organisation. These practical insights are expected to strengthen their understanding of professional responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and efficient communication in the workplace.
For students pursuing ACCA and CFA programmes, the experience will offer an opportunity to observe the practical application of analytical and organisational skills in a real-world institutional setting. It will also broaden their understanding of how structured systems, information flow, and coordinated decision-making support organisational effectiveness.
Collaboration for Holistic Learning
The collaboration between National P.G. College and Agathen Learning, Powered by ISM Edutech, focuses on equipping students with academic knowledge, professional skills, and practical exposure to prepare them for future career opportunities. The ACCA and CFA programmes are designed to support students in developing a strong foundation in finance, accounting, analytical reasoning, and professional conduct.

Educational visits of this nature form an important part of experiential learning, allowing students to connect theoretical concepts with practical workplace operations and gain a broader perspective on professional environments beyond their respective fields of study.
