Mumbai: The Marathi film industry continues to make new and exciting stories, and its latest – Bol Bol Rani – is already getting a lot of good reviews . A suspense thriller, “Bol Bol Rani” is currently running in the theatres, bringing together mystery, action and unexpected twists. Produced by New Zealand Motion Pictures Limited, the film features a talented cast including Sai Tamhankar, Subodh Bhave, Chinmay Mandlekar and Sambhaji Sasane in key roles. The film is being directed by debutant director Sid Vinsurkar. Interestingly actor Sambhaji has essayed three characters in the film – an ironsmith, a drug supplier and a poet. We asked the captain of the ship to cast Sambhaji for three roles.
The debutant director who also comes from a theatre background does not believe in doing workshops for his actors. He says,”One has to remember that the workshop happens not on set, most of the time the atmosphere on set is different. And I would never want my actor to carry the baggage to the set. There is always a session of Q and A which I encourage in between shots. I want my actors to be present on the set.”

Sharing more on Sambhaji as an actor the director says,”While shooting there were instances when I have not said cut to my actors. With Sambhaji also I did the same, he is someone who is a Director’s actor and he completely surrenders himself to the script. And acting is also reacting to your co-actors.”
