Lucknow: GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow, organized an insightful and engaging session on “Happy Living” for its teaching staff, aimed at promoting emotional well-being, mindfulness, and a positive approach to life and work.
The session was conducted by retired IAS officer Anil Kumar, who encouraged educators to reflect on the true sources of happiness and fulfillment. Through an interactive discussion, he invited teachers to explore what brings meaning and satisfaction to their lives, emphasizing that genuine happiness stems from passion, purpose, and a sense of accomplishment in everyday responsibilities.
Highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence, Anil Kumar shared practical strategies for understanding and managing emotions effectively. He spoke about the need to overcome anger, cultivate self-awareness, and make conscious choices that foster positivity and inner peace.
