New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, lodged in Tihar Jail, has suffered another setback. The Vigilance Department has taken major action against CM’s private secretary Bibhav Kumar. The services of Bibhav Kumar have been terminated. The Vigilance Department has not considered the appointment of Bibhav Kumar right. Vigilance Department Special Secretary YVVJ Rajasekhar has issued the order.
In the order issued by the Vigilance Department, it has been said that the procedure and rules prescribed for the appointment of Bibhav Kumar have not been followed honestly. Therefore such appointment is illegal and invalid.
ED has interrogated Bibhav Kumar several times in the Delhi liquor scam case. On Monday also, ED had called Bibhav Kumar for questioning.
