Gorakhpur: Chief Minister and Gorakshapeethadhiswar Yogi Adityanath, who came to Gorakhpur after celebrating Shri Krishna Janmotsav in Gorakhnath Temple, did Gau Seva in the temple’s Gaushala. He visited the Gaushala and got to know the condition of the cows and fed them jaggery and banana with his own hands by pampering them.
Despite being busy in Shri Krishna Janmashtami rituals till late Monday night, CM Yogi’s routine in Gorakhnath temple was traditional. He visited and worshipped Guru Gorakhnath in Gorakhnath temple in the morning and went to the Samadhi Sthal of his Guru Brahmalin Mahant Avedyanath and bowed down.
Whenever CM Yogi is in Gorakhnath temple, Gau Seva remains an integral part of his routine. On Tuesday morning, while visiting the temple premises, he reached the temple’s Gaushala and spent some time there.
CM Yogi roamed around in the Gaushala and called the cows by the names Shyama, Gauri, Ganga, Bhola etc. His voice is familiar to these cows.
On hearing the loving call, many cows came running to him. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stroked everyone’s forehead, caressed them a lot and fed them jaggery and banana with his own hands.
The Chief Minister took information about the health and nutrition of all the cows from the workers of the Gaushala and gave necessary instructions for their care.
Lofted a lot of love on the children, gave chocolates along with blessings
Chief Minister and Gorakshapeethadhiswar Yogi Adityanath also showered a lot of love on the children who had come with their families during his visit to the temple premises on Tuesday morning. During the visit to the temple premises, the Chief Minister’s eyes fell on the children who had come with their families, so he called everyone to him.
He asked all the children their names, where they came from and in which class they study. The Chief Minister communicated with the children in a very friendly manner and also joked with them. He stroked everyone’s forehead and showered love and blessings that they should study diligently and move ahead. While bidding them farewell, he gifted chocolates to the children as usual.
