Prayagraj – The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) unveiled its exhibition stalls at the Maha Kumbh Mela on Monday. Spread across 1850 square meters, the stalls showcased YEIDA’s key developmental projects, including the much-anticipated International Film City, a flagship initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Highlighting Key Projects
Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, inaugurated the exhibition. He was briefed on the progress of YEIDA’s significant projects, including:
- Medical Devices Park in the authority’s region.
- Apparel Park in Sector 29.
- Toy Park in Sector 33.
- Semiconductor Parks planned in Sectors 10 and 28.
- MSME and Handicrafts Parks in Sectors 32 and 33.
The Minister also reviewed updates on the International Film City in Sector 21 and the Noida International Airport in Jewar.
Development Surge in Western Uttar Pradesh
Minister Nandi highlighted how the construction of the Noida International Airport in Jewar has triggered a wave of development across Western Uttar Pradesh. He credited YEIDA’s industrial and institutional initiatives for creating new avenues for employment and economic growth in the region and the state.
The stalls not only showcased infrastructure plans but also reflected the government’s commitment to industrial and regional development, drawing widespread attention from visitors.
