Ahmedabad: Team India’s official jersey for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 was unveiled in Ahmedabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The ceremony was graced by BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and captain Rohit Sharma.

During the event, BCCI’s official kit partner, Adidas, showcased all the jerseys, including the main kit, training kit, and coaching staff kit. The new jersey, in keeping with tradition, features the iconic three white stripes synonymous with Adidas, alongside the BCCI emblem adorned with a single star. This star serves as a reminder of India’s historic T20 World Cup triumph under the leadership of MS Dhoni in 2007.

The jersey stays true to India’s revered blue colour, with vibrant orange accents adorning the shoulders. This colour scheme is echoed in the training kit and tracksuits designed by Adidas. While the training shirt features a striking blue hue complemented by sleek streaks of black and lime on the sides, the tracksuit is designed with its navy blue base and lime borders.
