Ayodhya: The Yogi Government has been organizing a grand Deepotsav in Ayodhya for the last seven years and has registered a record in the Guinness Book. Breaking all the records of Deepotsav organized in the past years, preparations are being made to make the eighth Deepotsav more grand than every Deepotsav. The Ayodhya district administration is working day and night to make Deepotsav memorable.
It is noteworthy that Deepotsav has strengthened its identity as a unique event not only in the country but in the whole world, to see which spectators from the country and abroad come to Ayodhya. Divisional Commissioner Gaurav Dayal said that extensive preparations are being made to make every program unique for Deepotsav. Ayodhya is being decorated with various types of lighting in Deepotsav. These will have tableaux based on 18 incidents related to the ideal character of Lord Shri Ram. Out of these, 11 tableaux are being prepared by the Information Department and seven by the Tourism Department.

The tableaux to be organised on the eighth Deepotsav (Deepotsav) will include Shri Ram’s education, Sita-Ram marriage, Ram- Van Gaman, Bharat Milaap, Shabri episode, Ashok Vatika, Hanuman’s journey to Lanka, Laxman fainting after being hit by Shakti arrow, Ravana’s killing, Ram’s return to Ayodhya and Deepotsav. The process of decorating these tableaux on trucks has been started.

18 tableaux are being decorated to stage the events of Ramayana period in Saket Mahavidyalaya, in which 11 tableaux will be prepared by the Information Department and seven by the Tourism Department.

Seven tableaux will be taken out on Deepotsav by the Tourism Department. In which seven tableaux will be taken out based on the seven chapters of Tulsikrit Ram Charit Manas, namely, Bal Kand, Ayodhya Kand, Aranya Kand, Sundar Kand, Kishkindha Kand, Lanka Kand and Uttar Kand.
