Bareilly: On the occasion of Independence Day, a musical concert was organized at the city Kotwali Gate yesterday. Patriotic songs were presented by the artists of Zaheer and Party in the presence of chief guest ADG Ramit Sharma, special guest SSP Anurag Arya and SP City Rahul Bhati.
Singer Sulekha and her son, who came from New Delhi, enthralled the audience with patriotic songs.During the programme, artists presented patriotic songs including the national anthem and national anthem along with musical instruments.
The guests greeted the people on the stage by waving the tricolor flag.ADG Ramit Sharma told the history and importance of the national flag, the three colors of the flag, importance of Ashoka Chakra. And wished everyone a happy 78th Independence Day.
