Lucknow: Dr Praveer Rai, Prof and Head, Department of Gastroenterology, SGPGI Lucknow, has been elected as the Joint Secretary of society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India, result of which was declared in the recently held Endocon 24 Conference in New Delhi.
This mission of the society is to elevate gastrointestinal endoscopy in India by fostering excellence in patient care, advancing cutting-edge research, and providing unparalleled education and training opportunities for professionals, ensuring superior digestive health outcomes nationwide.
Dr Praveer Rai who is a pioneer in advanced endoscopic procedures is already a member of the Asian Endoscopic Ultrasound group.
Dr Rai said that he will work for the interest of the Gastrointestinal Endoscopist of India and ensure that the care of patients undergoing Endoscopy is optimized.
This will further enhance the care of patients coming to SGPGI Lucknow for all endoscopic procedures.
