Lucknow: Meetings were held in police stations in view of Bakrid. Saadatganj Inspector Brijesh Kumar Singh held a peace committee meeting at the police station.
The meeting was held under the direction of DCP West Dr. Durgesh Kumar, ADCP Vishwajeet Srivastava, ACP Bazarkhaala Dharmendra Singh Raghuvanshi.
Regional councilors, elite people of the area and journalists were present in the meeting. Inspector Brijesh Kumar Singh appealed to the people to celebrate the festival of Bakrid peacefully.
Strict action will be taken against those who create a ruckus during festivals. Ganga Jamuna culture was also seen in the peace committee meeting.
