New Panchkarma Centre inaugurated

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra inaugurated ‘Dr. Tripathi Ayurved Nidanashala and Panchakarma Centre’ established by Rajvaidya Shiv Shankar Tripathi at Saraswatipuram, Rae Bareli Road, Lucknow. On this occasion, Principal Secretary AYUSH Leena Johri, Ayurveda Director Dr. Prakash Chandra Saxena and a large number of distinguished guests were present.

Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, while addressing the function organized on this occasion, said that India’s oldest discipline ‘Ayurveda’ has its own special significance. Our country has been the origin of Ayurveda. He said that in our Indian system of medicine, be it Ayurveda, Yoga, Siddha or Natural, we have wished for ‘Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramay’. By giving birth to Ayurveda, Lord Dhanvantari has given a major path to all of us for human welfare. He said that when the Covid pandemic shook the entire world, our AYUSH methods proved effective and through this people saved their lives by increasing their immunity.

Mishra said that AYUSH has developed a lot in our country in the last 9-10 years. Several thousand health centers have been built in Uttar Pradesh. To keep the people of the country healthy, there is a need to identify more herbs of Ayurveda.
