Mayor Inaugurates Rs 11.60 Crore worth Road Projects

Lucknow: Mayor Sushma Kharkwal inaugurated seven key road construction projects worth Rs 11.60 crores in Rajabijli Pasi Dwitiy Ward under the Mukhyamantri Nagar Srijan Yojana. Emphasizing roads as the “lifeline of development,” the Mayor assured residents of uninterrupted progress and improved infrastructure across the city.

The projects include construction of RCC drains and CC roads in areas like Vasant Vihar to Apurva Nagar Mod, Sulabh Hospital to Sherin Lawn, and Shaheenpurwa Water Tank to Mehboobnagar Tiraha, among others. These developments aim to enhance connectivity and eliminate waterlogging issues.

The event saw the presence of local councilors Pinky Rawat, Ranjit Singh, Saurabh Singh Monu, and representatives from civic bodies and the community. Mayor Kharkwal reaffirmed the Municipal Corporation’s commitment to strengthening city infrastructure and promised timely execution of works under the ongoing urban development scheme.
