Lucknow: 03 vicious accused were arrested by Madianv police team, from whose possession 04 live twine bombs were recovered.

On 27.03.2024, 03 accused have been arrested by Police Station Madiyaon, from whose possession 04 suspected live twine bombs were recovered and significant success was achieved.
Brief description of the incident-
On 27.03.2024, while patrolling in Police Station Madiyaon Police Force, U.N. Amit Sahu, along with us in the care area, crime, crime, search, wanted, checking, suspicious person, 60 Fita Road, reached near Barfani Temple, when through the informer, special information was received that something was happening near Pipa Bridge.
People are waiting with crude bombs to commit an incident; if acted quickly, they can be caught. Believing this information, accompanying officers/employees reached near Pipa bridge and seeing the policemen suddenly coming, all three persons tried to run away. The policemen surrounded all three persons and caught them on the spot. When the arrested persons were asked the reason for running away, they all told in one voice that sir, we have a twine bomb, we were running away due to fear of being caught. When the clothes of the arrested persons were searched one by one, asking their names and addresses, the first one revealed his name as Harshit Dixit, son of Manoj Kumar Dixit, from whose right pocket one live country-made twine bomb was recovered.
When asked about limping, he told that I had an accident two days ago in which I was injured. The other one revealed his name as Shubham Soni, son of Prem Kumar Soni. 01 live country-made twine bomb was recovered from both the pockets of the kurta he was wearing and when the third person was asked about his name, he told his name as Rehan, son of Munshi Ghoshi, from the right pocket of the kurta he was wearing, 01 live country-made twine bomb was recovered.
When asked for valid documents regarding possession of the recovered country-made bomb, he refused to show it and started apologizing for his mistake. When asked about the country made twine bomb, it was told that it will not explode unless it is thrown on some solid object.
After informing the accused about the crime under Section 4/5 Explosive Substances Act, they were taken into police custody at around 10.30 am. Information regarding the recovered illegal twine bomb has been given to the forensic team for necessary action. On the basis of the recovery, taking legal action as per rules, the above mentioned accused are being sent to jail. Information regarding their criminal history is being obtained from other police stations and districts.
