Mumbai: Actor Chaitali Kohli, who has been a part of movies like Crew and Single Papa, has been exploring the world of holistic wellness, and her recent experiences have shifted how she approaches life and its challenges. She recently attended a sound healing session conducted by Pooja Seth, and the experience left a lasting impression on her.
She said, “It was an experience to remember. She has such a beautiful positive aura. She made sure I was comfortable. And she was with us throughout the journey.”
When asked about what makes sound healing meaningful to her, she explained how it engages the entire being rather than just one sense. She said, “It awakens all your senses. You don’t just hear; your entire body feels. You can smell flowers and see visuals. A lot of things unfold.”

Chaitali has also recently learned Access Bars healing, which has transformed her perspective on the healing process itself. She said, “For me, I have realized there is no running away from life. You are just going to enjoy your life in between your healing. Healing is not linear, so don’t think you have done a session or two and you are done. Things might just get worse. But they boil up and settle, as you now respond from a place of healing.”
With more actors in the industry turning towards healing modalities, she was asked whether she plans to take this path professionally. For now, she is keeping her options open. Chaitali said, “My bars are for me as of now. I don’t know what will open up. I have to only show up to whatever life offers.”
