Ayodhya: Preparations for the famous star-studded Ramlila of Ayodhya have been completed. Bhoomi Pujan was done on Monday and the dates of the Ramlila event were also announced. The sixth Ramlila will start on October 3, the first day of Navratri, and will continue till October 12. The Bhoomi Pujan for the sixth year’s event of Ayodhya’s Ramlila was duly completed. Ayodhya MLA and special guest Rajiv Kumar performed the Bhoomi Pujan.
World’s largest Ramlila
Ayodhya Ramlila Committee founder president Subhash Malik (Bobby) and founder general secretary Shubham Malik said that it is a proud moment for us that the Ramlila event is now completing six years. Ayodhya’s Ramlila has been completed with the blessings of Lord Shri Ram and Bajrangbali. Today it has become the world’s largest Ramlila and the credit for this goes to Ram devotees, who have taken it to such heights.
Subhash Malik said that the purpose of Ayodhya’s Ramlila is to show a beautiful Ramlila to Ram devotees sitting at home. Every year an effort is made to make it more grand. Last year more than 36 crore people watched this Ramlila sitting at home. In the sixth edition, more than 42 film personalities will participate in Ramlila.
In this Ramlila, Bhojpuri actor and Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan will be seen in the role of ‘Kewat’. Famous Bhojpuri singer and Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari will play the role of ‘Bali’. Film actor Raza Murad will play the role of ‘Ahiravan’ and Rakesh Bedi will play the role of ‘Janak ji’. Actress Bhagyashree of the film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ will play the role of ‘Vedmati’. At the same time, famous folk singer and Padmashree awardee Malini Awasthi will play the role of ‘Maa Shabari’.
