First arrest made in high profile Greater Noida accident

Greater Noida: The car of the daughters of Jagatguru Kripalu Maharaj, the founder of Bhaktidham Mangadh and Prem Mandir Vrindavan, was hit by a speeding truck driver on the Yamuna Expressway. One of his daughters died in this accident, while two other daughters are being treated in a private hospital in Delhi. In this case, the police have arrested the wanted accused truck driver. Dankaur police station of Greater Noida has made this arrest.

The police has told that in a complaint given on November 24, it was told that the three daughters of Jagadguru Kripalu Maharaj along with other satsangis were going to Golok Dham Dwarka New Delhi from Vrindavan via Yamuna Expressway in three different vehicles in the morning. When the vehicles were parked at a place in the middle, a speeding uncontrolled truck hit the vehicles parked on the side of the expressway. Due to which three vehicles were damaged and the satsangi and the Guru’s daughters were seriously injured. They were admitted to the hospital in an injured condition. Where Guru’s daughter Vishakha Tripathi died during treatment.

In this high profile accident case, the police had set up several teams and started searching for the accused. According to the police, on November 26, Dankaur police station arrested the driver of truck number UP 80 FT 5477, accused Harendra, Thana Tundla district Firozabad. The police is interrogating the accused driver. Initial investigation has revealed that while overtaking a bus, the canter lost its balance and hit the vehicles.

It is worth noting that this accident was constantly being called a conspiracy. In this entire case, the police was constantly scrutinizing several CCTV footage. After the incident, the accused driver had absconded while the police had already arrested the helper of the truck.
