Lucknow: Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya assured the complainants who came to the Janta Darshan organized at his camp office 7- Kalidas Marg that every possible solution will be found for every person’s every problem.
He instructed the officials to provide quick and satisfactory solution to the problem of every complainant. He instructed that complete solution of problems should be done and accountability of the concerned should be fixed for the solution of problems.
He instructed that timely resolution of public problems should be ensured. There should be no negligence at any level. He said that cases of harassment, illegal occupation of land should be resolved with utmost seriousness and sensitivity and strict action should be taken wherever needed.
During the public hearing, he listened to the problem of each person with full seriousness and gave instructions to the concerned officials to resolve the problems. He has also instructed the concerned officials that the problems should be resolved in such a way that the problematic person remains completely satisfied and he does not have to wander anywhere again and again and does not have to make rounds again and again.
He heard the problems and complaints of women, disabled people, elderly people etc. and gave necessary directions to the concerned officials to resolve them on priority basis at a fast pace.
People from different districts of the state raised various problems related to land disputes, accidents, illegal occupation, education, health, housing allotment, getting possession of land, removing encroachment, road construction, electricity, arrest of accused, harassment etc. in Janta Darshan. The Deputy Chief Minister himself went to the complainants and listened to the problems of each person by communicating with them directly.
Hundreds of people from more than 2 dozen districts came and presented their problems in Janta Darshan. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya gave appropriate directions while talking to senior officials of many districts and senior officials of the government over the phone regarding the resolution of problems.
