Gonda: Divisional Commissioner of Devipatan Division Durga Shakti Nagpal, accompanied by District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan, conducted an on-site inspection of Tejpur village in Mankapur tehsil of Gonda district to review preparations for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister.
During the inspection, the Divisional Commissioner assessed arrangements at the proposed programme venue, including the public meeting area, traffic movement, security, sanitation, drinking water supply, electricity and other essential facilities.
She sought updates from the concerned officials and directed them to ensure that all preparations were completed within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining quality standards.
Nagpal emphasised that the Chief Minister’s proposed programme was significant and instructed all concerned departments to work in close coordination and fulfil their respective responsibilities. She stressed that special attention must be given to public convenience, smooth movement of visitors and adequate security arrangements.
She also cautioned officials against any negligence and directed them to regularly review the progress of preparations to ensure that all arrangements remained organised and error-free.
During the inspection, the District Magistrate instructed all officials deployed for the programme to complete preparations on a war footing and maintain continuous monitoring until the conclusion of the event.
Public representatives, officials from various departments and other government personnel were present during the inspection.
