Lucknow: In preparation for the upcoming Bharat Milap celebrations, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) West, Omvir Singh, conducted a thorough inspection of the procession route falling under the Thana Bazar Khala area. The inspection aimed to ensure seamless road arrangements and adequate security measures for the grand event.
Accompanying DCP Singh were key officers, including Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) West, Vishwajeet Srivastava, Assistant Police Commissioner (Chowk), Assistant Police Commissioner (Bazar Khala), Inspector In-Charge of Bazar Khala, and other officials from the local police station. Together, the team surveyed the entire route, paying close attention to critical points that could witness heavy footfall during the procession.
DCP Singh’s on-ground review focused on ensuring smooth traffic flow, crowd management, and the presence of adequate security personnel along the route. His team also inspected the arrangements for public safety, verifying that all measures were in place to avoid any disruptions during the Bharat Milap procession.
