CM Yogi Adityanath Offers Prayers at Devi Shaktipeeth in Balrampur, Reviews Navratri Preparations

Lucknow/Balrampur: Gorakshpeethadheeshwar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Balrampur on Thursday for a two-day visit, during which he reviewed the preparations for the upcoming Chaitra Navratri Mela.

On Friday morning, CM Yogi visited the revered Devi Shaktipeeth Maa Pateshwari Temple in Tulsipur, where he performed traditional worship and offered prayers. He sought blessings for the prosperity, health, and happiness of the people of Uttar Pradesh, praying for a peaceful and contented state.

Following the temple visit, the Chief Minister visited the Gaushala (cow shelter) situated within the temple premises, where he personally fed jaggery (gur) to the cows, a gesture reflecting his commitment to animal welfare and traditional values.

CM Yogi also took stock of the temple’s infrastructure and management, ensuring that all arrangements were in place for the upcoming festival and the influx of devotees expected during Navratri.

During his visit, Mahant Mithilesh Nath Yogi of the temple and Mahant Ravindra Das Ji of Kalibari Temple, Gorakhpur, were also present, along with other dignitaries and temple officials.
