Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday unveiled a special coffee table book dedicated to the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal, a landmark memorial developed by the Lucknow Development Authority. The launch took place during the Shakti Kendra Conveners’ Conference organized at the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in Lucknow.
The event was attended by Rajya Sabha MP and BJP National President Nitin Nabin, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, along with several senior public representatives and dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal was dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the birth centenary year of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna awardee Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He described the site as an important centre of inspiration that connects younger generations with the lives, ideals, and nation-building contributions of three iconic leaders—Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Deendayal Upadhyaya, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the memorial serves as a powerful medium for educating and inspiring future generations about the values of nationalism, public service, good governance, and inclusive development championed by these distinguished leaders. He noted that such institutions play a vital role in preserving historical consciousness and strengthening the spirit of nation-building.
During the programme, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Rajya Sabha MP Nitin Nabin, and other dignitaries paid floral tributes to the statues of the three national icons installed at the site. The guests also toured the museum and reviewed its various exhibits, including life-sized silicone statues, digital displays chronicling the leaders’ lives and contributions, and state-of-the-art museum installations.
The dignitaries praised the modern presentation techniques, interactive exhibitions, and innovative museum design, describing the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal as a unique blend of history, technology, and inspiration. They lauded the grandeur of the complex and termed it an important heritage destination for the younger generation.

Speaking about the publication, Prathamesh Kumar, Vice Chairman of the Lucknow Development Authority, said that the coffee table book presents the magnificent complex in an artistic and visually engaging manner. The publication features stunning aerial drone photographs, panoramic views of the lotus-shaped campus, captivating images of the site’s night-time illumination, and detailed depictions of the museum’s contemporary architecture and exhibits.
He noted that the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal, developed over nearly 65 acres in the Basant Kunj Scheme area of Lucknow, has emerged as one of the capital city’s most prominent public and inspirational landmarks. Over time, it has established a distinct identity as a centre that combines historical remembrance with educational and cultural engagement.
According to Prathamesh Kumar, the newly launched coffee table book will serve as an important medium for showcasing the historical, cultural, and inspirational significance of the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal to audiences across India and abroad. The publication is expected to help promote greater awareness of the memorial’s vision, architectural excellence, and the enduring legacy of the national leaders it commemorates.
The unveiling ceremony concluded with dignitaries reiterating the importance of preserving the ideals of great nation-builders and ensuring that future generations remain connected to their contributions through institutions such as the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal. The coffee table book is expected to become a valuable record of one of Uttar Pradesh’s most significant contemporary memorial projects and a lasting tribute to the leaders whose lives continue to inspire the nation.
