Singrauli: NTPC Singrauli Shaktinagar organized an awareness rally and massive tree plantation campaign to spread the message of environmental protection under World Environment 2024. This year World Environment was celebrated at NTPC Singrauli as per the theme “Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Tolerance”.
On this occasion, an environmental rally was organized from Ambedkar Bhawan located in the residential complex of NTPC Singrauli to the Employee Development Center. On this occasion, Project Head Rajiv Akotkar inaugurated the rally and World Environment Day with a green flag. Thereafter, tree plantation was done with the girls of Girl Empowerment Mission-2024 in the premises of the Employee Development Center. On this occasion, Rajiv Akotkar in his address encouraged everyone to take meaningful steps for environmental protection.
