Lucknow: On the instructions of Vice Chairman of Lucknow Development Authority, Prathamesh Kumar, e-auction portal has been opened from 11 November, 2024. Interested buyers can register online till 11.12.2024, e-auction will be done on 16.12.2024. More than 300 plots will be available in various schemes including residential plots of 60-60 square meters area in Basantkunj scheme
Lucknow Development Authority has once again brought the gift of its commercial and residential properties. Under which people will be able to take various commercial and residential properties of the authority located at prime locations of the city by bidding in e-auction. For this, on the instructions of Vice Chairman of the Authority, Prathamesh Kumar, e-auction portal has been opened today from 11.11.2024.
This time the e-auction will be very special. In this, apart from residential plots and flats of 60-60 square meters area, more than 300 plots of group housing, schools, nursing homes, marriage halls, facilities, hotels, fine dine and mixed land use etc. located in various schemes will be available.
LDA Secretary Vivek Srivastava said that the authority has sold property worth about Rs 515 crore in the last e-auction. Now as per the instructions of the Vice Chairman, the e-auction portal has been opened again from 11.11.2024. Under this, people willing to buy property will be able to register online till 11.12.2024. After which e-auction will be done among the registered applicants on 16.12.2024.
Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma said that residential plots of 60-60 square meters planned in Sector-H of Basantkunj Yojana located on Hardoi Road have also been put up in this e-auction. Whose reserve rate is Rs 32955 per square meter.
Apart from this, commercial, mall/multiplex, city club, group housing, school, nursing home, facilities, hotel, fine dine, CNG station/petrol pump, residential and mixed land use plots located in Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extension, Jankipuram, Jankipuram Extension, Sharda Nagar, CG City, Kanpur Road and Transport Nagar and other schemes can also be taken through this e-auction.
