Lucknow: In a matter of pride for the city, 43 students of City Montessori School qualified the JEE Advanced 2024, securing their place in the best engineering institutions of the country.
Shreyansh Chaturvedi of CMS Mahanagar campus stood at the top of the table with an All India Rank of 1103.
Out of 43 CMS students who qualified JEE Advanced, 14 students secured All India Ranks under 5,000 while 24 CMS students secured AIRs under 10,000. All 43 CMS students have secured AIR below 24,000 which is the cut-off rank for gaining admission to the IITs.
CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon expressed profound joy on these students’ success and congratulated them. She said “apart from blazoning the name of CMS, these mightily talented students have also brought laurels to Lucknow”, adding that “CMS has consistently produced brilliant engineers, doctors and UPSC administrators who are serving society with commitment”. She attributed the success of these students to the diligence of the CMS teachers who encourage students to be ambitious and set lofty goals, and then provide strong academic and socio-emotional support to them.
Public Relations Officer of CMS, Rishi Khanna informed that the 24 CMS students who secured AIR under 10,000 in JEE Advanced are Shreyansh Chaturvedi, Tanishq Sonkar, Gaurav Verma, Swapnil Singh, Anikesh Agarwal, Madhuram Vatsal, Kinjal Singh, Adesh Vikram, Raman Vatsal Mishra, Pushkar Awasthi, Yasharth Sengar, Amogh Anant, Shashank Ranjan, Paarth Agrawal, Vaibhava Verma, Krishna Agarwal, Anant Tripathi, Akshita Singh, Tanmay Singh, Gaurav Gupta, Arnav Tripathi, Daksh Gogna and Aashi Srivastava. These students give credit their success to the excellent teaching standards and conducive environment of the school.
Khanna said that CMS imparts free coaching, guidance and support to the students for various competitive examinations, which leads to a high success rate of CMS students in the various professional entrance examinations.
