Lucknow: The provincial convention of the Subordinate Agricultural Services Association, Uttar Pradesh, concluded successfully at the auditorium of Krishi Bhavan in Lucknow on Sunday.
During the convention, Yogendra Yadav was elected as President, while Faheem Akhtar was chosen as General Secretary. Representatives from across all districts and divisions of the state took part in the event.
The election process was conducted under the supervision of Mr. L.S. Yadav, Deputy Director of Agriculture, along with Election Officer Ajay Kumar Singh, and Assistant Election Officers Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Pankaj Tiwari, and Ashok Kumar Maurya.
According to the election officials, Ashish Kumar was elected as Senior Vice President, Dr. Rajshekhar as Organizational Secretary, and Jaiprakash Gupta as Treasurer.
In the oath-taking ceremony, Dr. Jitendra Kumar Tomar, Director of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, congratulated the newly elected office bearers and extended his full support to the association in its future endeavors.
The convention marked a significant step in strengthening the organizational structure and representation of subordinate agricultural employees across the state.
