Mumbai: Vivek Oberoi debuted as an actor in the 2002 film Company. Saathiya, Masti, Kaal, Yuva, and Dum are just a handful of the films that brought the actor immediate stardom. However, after receiving threatening calls from the underworld, his life took a drastic turn. The actor also said that he had to deal with difficult circumstances in both his personal and work lives. Vivek also discussed his conflict with Salman Khan, saying that it was a hasty, sentimental choice he made when he was younger. Additionally, he said that Khan did not pardon him for the same.

“There was a time when I entered a conflict zone in my career, and because of that, I faced a lot of financial strain,” Vivek said in an interview with Dr. Jai Madaan for his YouTube channel. I felt a lot of tension. The underworld would contact me. I would get threats. Additionally, I had never in my life encountered anything like this. All of this occurred simultaneously.

“It was an emotional response,” the actor went on. I was really young. It wasn’t until much later that I realized the effects and ramifications of my conduct. I didn’t mind facing the repercussions of my behavior, but I found it bothersome when my parents were in danger. When my mother answered the phone, someone would threaten her, and when my father picked up the phone, someone would threaten him. For my sister, I felt afraid. We first believed them to be hoax calls. However, the authorities subsequently verified that the threats were really genuine.

Regarding his career, Vivek Oberoi’s next project is L2: Empuraan. Caroline Koziol, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Mohanlal, Saniya Iyappan, Eriq Ebouaney, and Manju Warrier all play important parts in the Malayalam film. The director of it is Prithviraj Sukumaran. On March 27, 2025, the movie will be released in theaters.
