SP plans multiple public meetings after Diwali

Lucknow: SP President Akhilesh Yadav will hold public meetings after Diwali in all the 9 seats where by-elections are being held. SP has also started preparations for this. Programmes will be released soon. By-elections are being held in 9 assembly seats in the state, Karhal, Sisamau, Phulpur, Milkipur, Katehari, Majhawan, Meerapur, Khair, Ghaziabad and Kundarki. The maximum demand from these districts is for Akhilesh Yadav to hold public meetings. Therefore, Akhilesh Yadav will hold election meetings on a war footing after Diwali.

While Akhilesh will attack the policies of BJP in his public meetings, he will also tell the disadvantages of the division of PDA. Before that, work is being done to present the party’s line on these issues on a wide scale through social media. SP’s chief spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary said that Akhilesh Yadav’s public meetings will start immediately after Diwali.

No schedule for joint rallies of Congress-SP 

However, no schedule for joint rallies of Congress and SP has been made yet. Regarding this, SP leaders say that the top leadership of both the parties will take a decision after discussing the matter.

SP did not support any party on Kedarnath seat

SP has not supported any party in the by-election of Kedarnath seat of Uttarakhand. SP’s Uttarakhand unit president Shambhu Prasad Pokhriyal said that the instructions of national president Akhilesh Yadav will be followed in this regard. Samajwadi Party will contest the elections strongly on its own strength in Uttarakhand.
