Solution Assured, Facilities Provided: Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya Holds Janata Darshan

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya reassured the public during a Janata Darshan program held at his camp office on 7-Kalidasa Marg, stating that every individual’s problems would be addressed and resolved effectively. He directed officials to ensure the prompt and satisfactory resolution of grievances, emphasizing that accountability must be fixed for addressing public concerns in a time-bound manner.

Highlighting the importance of efficient governance, Maurya stressed that no negligence would be tolerated at any level. He specifically instructed authorities to handle cases of harassment and illegal land encroachments with utmost seriousness and sensitivity, ensuring strict action wherever necessary.

During the public hearing, he attentively listened to each individual’s concerns and provided necessary directives to the concerned officials. He assured complainants that not only would their problems be solved, but they would also receive the government-provided facilities they are entitled to. He further instructed officials to resolve grievances in such a manner that affected individuals do not have to visit multiple offices repeatedly.

Particular emphasis was laid on addressing the concerns of women, differently-abled individuals, and the elderly on a priority basis. Issues raised by the public included land disputes, accidents, illegal encroachments, education, healthcare, housing allocation, power supply, road construction, and law enforcement matters. The Deputy CM personally approached complainants, engaging in direct discussions to understand their grievances better.

People from over two dozen districts participated in the Janata Darshan program, seeking redressal for various issues. Maurya engaged in telephonic conversations with senior district and administrative officials, issuing appropriate directives. For land-related disputes, he instructed district magistrates to form joint teams of revenue and police department officials to conduct on-site inspections and ensure meaningful resolutions.

With his proactive approach, Maurya reaffirmed the government’s commitment to transparent and responsive governance, ensuring that every citizen’s voice is heard and their problems are effectively addressed.
