Mumbai: Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme may recently launch Realme 12X 5G in China. It has MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC as processor and 5,000 mAh battery. This smartphone can be introduced in India soon.
It has been said in a media report that some changes will be brought in the country. It will replace the Realme 11X 5G launched last year. This report says that Realme 12X 5G may support 45 W SuperVOOC fast charging. It can be given a dynamic button similar to Realme 12 5G. It acts as a shortcut button for various functions. Recently this smartphone was also seen on the website of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
The variant of Realme 12X 5G launched in China has the octacore MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC as its processor. It has up to 12 GB RAM which can be expanded up to 24 GB. Its 5,000 mAh battery supports 15 watt charging. It has a 6.67 inch full HD + display.
The dual rear camera unit of Realme 12X 5G has a 50-megapixel primary camera. It has an 8 megapixel camera in the front. The price of 12GB + 256GB variant of this smartphone is CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs 17,000) and the price of 12GB + 512GB is CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs 20,000). It has been made available in Blue Bird and Black Jade colours.
Earlier this month, the company launched Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G. These smartphones have a triple rear camera unit. Realme 12 5G has MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G SoC as processor and Realme 12+ 5G has MediaTek Dimensity 7050 5G. These smartphones have a 5,000 mAh battery with SuperVOOC fast charging. These feature Dynamic RAM technology which gives the option to add additional RAM from unused storage. The price of 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of Realme 12 5G is Rs 16,999 and the price of 8 GB + 128 GB storage variant is Rs 17,999. This smartphone is available in Twilight Purple and Woodland Green colors. The price of 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of Realme 12+ 5G is Rs 20,999 and the price of 8 GB + 256 GB storage variant is Rs 21,999. This smartphone will get three years of software updates and two years of security updates.
