Officials Review Preparations Ahead of Chief Minister’s Proposed Visit, Issue Key Instructions

Balrampur: Preparations for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister gathered pace as Divisional Commissioner Durga Shakti Nagpal conducted a comprehensive inspection of the programme venue in Balrampur on Wednesday. She was accompanied by Inspector General of Police Amit Pathak and District Magistrate Vipin Kumar Jain.

During the visit, the senior officials reviewed the progress of arrangements and assessed the readiness of various departments involved in organizing the proposed programme. The Divisional Commissioner directed officials to ensure that all preparations are completed in a timely, systematic, and high-quality manner.

Emphasizing the importance of coordinated efforts, Nagpal instructed departments to work in close coordination and ensure that no lapses occur at any level. She stressed that all responsibilities should be discharged efficiently to facilitate the smooth conduct of the Chief Minister’s proposed visit.

The inspection covered key aspects including security arrangements, traffic management, sanitation, drinking water facilities, power supply, barricading, parking arrangements, and other essential infrastructure. Officials were directed to pay special attention to the convenience and safety of visitors expected to attend the programme and to complete all pending works within the prescribed timeframe.

During her visit to the district, the Divisional Commissioner also visited the revered Devi Patan Temple, where she offered prayers to Goddess Pateshwari and sought blessings for public welfare and prosperity.

Officials and employees from various departments were present during the inspection and briefed the senior officers on the status of preparations.
