MJP Rohilkhand University’s Special Admission Help Desk Assisting Students and Parents During Admission Season

Bareilly: In accordance with the directives of Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. P. Singh, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly, has established a Special Admission Help Desk to provide comprehensive guidance and support to students seeking admission to various academic programmes for the 2026-27 session.

The initiative has been receiving a positive response, with a large number of students and parents visiting the help desk to obtain information regarding admission procedures, academic programmes, eligibility criteria, fee structures, important admission dates, departmental facilities, and other academic matters.

Dean of Student Welfare (DSW), Prof. Vinay Rishival, stated that dedicated faculty members and staff posted at the help desk are offering prompt assistance and resolving queries raised by prospective students and their guardians. The objective is to ensure that applicants receive accurate and authentic information from a single platform, making the admission process more convenient and transparent.

According to Prof. Rishival, the university administration is committed to creating a student-friendly admission system by providing all essential guidance under one roof. This approach is helping students navigate the admission process smoothly while minimizing confusion and inconvenience.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. P. Singh emphasized that the university remains dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities and a seamless admission experience for every student. He noted that the Special Admission Help Desk has been established to ensure timely support and effective resolution of queries raised by students and parents.

“The university is committed to offering a conducive academic environment and accessible admission services. Through this help desk, we are ensuring that students and parents receive the guidance they need at every stage of the admission process,” Prof. Singh said.

The Special Admission Help Desk is being operated daily at the University Student Support Centre (USSC) from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Designated faculty members and university staff from various departments are available during these hours to provide information, counseling, and assistance to admission seekers.

The initiative reflects the university’s efforts to make the admission process simple, transparent, and student-centric while helping prospective learners make informed academic choices for the upcoming session.
