Ayodhya: The ace players of Lucknow Supergiants and people associated with the coaching staff reached Ayodhya city and took darshan and blessings of Ramlalla. In this spiritual journey organized under the leadership of coaches Justin Langer and Jonty Rhodes, the team’s assistant coach S Sriram, player Yash Thakur, motivator Mankad, Mayank Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi, Deepak Hooda were included. Also present was South African veteran player Keshav Maharaj, who is an ardent devotee of Lord Rama.
His presence added a touch of cultural diversity and spiritual significance to the team’s visit. During the visit, the players and coaching staff got the opportunity to visit the holy sites of Ayodhya, pay homage and experience the rich spiritual heritage and traditions of the historic city. Veteran bowler Keshav Maharaj said that he felt immense energy while entering the Rama temple. I am very lucky. Being an ardent devotee of Lord Rama, it is a privilege for me to visit his birthplace and seek his blessings.
