ICFA announces world’s largest grains event, GrainsWorld 2024

London: ICFA signed a comprehensive MoU with the International Grains Council  in London at its 66th AGM, attended by senior officials of the member countries. India is represented by the Joint Secretary, Food, Anita Karn and ED, Food Corporation,  Vanita Sharma.

The MoU was signed by Arnaud Petit, ED, IGC and Dr MJ Khan, Chairman, ICFA, after the member countries granted approval. ICFA announced hosting world’s largest grains event, GrainsWorld 2024 in Dubai 27-29 November with IGC, and invited participation of all the member countries.

ICFA had earlier launched Grains and Pulses Council on April 12 in New Delhi and India Global Millets Forum on June 2. After the meeting visited UPL HQ for courtesy meeting with the Global CEO, Jai Shroff, and shared views on Indian and global agriculture scenario, issues and opportunities.

It may be noted that UPL is the 5th largest Agchem and number one bio solutions company in the world @ $6.2 billion, with business operations in more than 130 countries, holding 1800+ patents, and rated top in ESG.
