Lucknow: Blending the spirit of Navratri with health awareness, cultural expression and women’s empowerment, Parul’s Gramophone is set to host the sixth season of Garbh Deep on October 19 at Comfort Inn, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Scheduled from 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm, the event seeks to offer a meaningful alternative to conventional Garba and Dandiya celebrations by bringing wellness, creativity and tradition together on one platform.
At its heart, Garbh Deep celebrates the many dimensions of womanhood, recognising women not merely as custodians of cultural traditions but also as individuals whose health, aspirations, achievements and collective strength deserve equal attention.

A key highlight of the programme will be its health and wellness sessions, featuring expert discussions on menopause, weight management and nutrition. By bringing doctors and nutritionists into the celebration, the initiative aims to encourage women to prioritise their physical well-being and make informed lifestyle choices.
The event will also feature the presentation of the Nau Devi titles, celebrating the diverse qualities and strengths associated with women. Another distinctive attraction, the Tridevi Shakti Ramp Walk, will draw inspiration from Mahishasura Mardini. Groups of three women will use creative Shakti poses to represent friendship, unity, fitness, professional accomplishments and empowerment, transforming the ramp into a celebration of solidarity and shared aspirations.
Art and culinary creativity will add further colour to the occasion. Singing, dancing and other cultural performances will showcase the festive spirit, while recipe competitions will celebrate healthy and phalahari cuisine, highlighting the possibilities of nutritious food prepared in keeping with Navratri traditions. Exhibition stalls will provide a platform for creativity, products and entrepreneurship, offering participants an opportunity to showcase their work and connect with potential customers.

The celebration will conclude with a collective Aarti, bringing participants together in a shared expression of devotion and community spirit.
Through Garbh Deep, Parul’s Gramophone seeks to move beyond noise and extravagance, placing greater emphasis on artistic expression, cultural values, health consciousness and the empowerment of women. The initiative reflects an approach to festive celebrations in which tradition becomes a platform for dialogue, well-being and social connection.
As Season 6 returns, Garbh Deep aims to reinforce a simple yet powerful message: the true spirit of Navratri lies not only in celebrating the divine feminine, but also in recognising, nurturing and empowering the women who embody its strength in everyday life.
