Lucknow: A vibrant cultural programme organized under the aegis of J.P.S. Star 11 at Tilak Shishu Niketan School, Basera Mod, Kalyanpur, Lucknow, witnessed the felicitation of several distinguished personalities with the prestigious Navrang Samman.
The evening commenced with a devotional Ganesh Vandana, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, setting a spiritual tone for the event. The cultural performances that followed captivated the audience with their blend of patriotism and artistic excellence.
Mayank and Aarti presented an emotive dance performance on Vande Mataram, inspiring a deep sense of national pride among attendees. The patriotic spirit continued with energetic performances on songs such as Mera Karma Tu Mera Dharma Tu and Dharti Sunahri Ambar Neela, which were warmly appreciated by the audience.
Marking the conclusion of the Navrang Summer Camp, young performers showcased their talent through a series of enthralling dance presentations. Rupansi performed on Pinga, Ruchi mesmerized the audience with Yeh Galiyan Yeh Chaubara, while Jyoti’s graceful rendition on Chham-Chham received enthusiastic applause.
During the ceremony, Sanjyoti Mishra and Arvind Saxena honoured several achievers for their outstanding contributions in their respective fields. The recipients of the Navrang Samman included T.R. Mishra, Dr. Pankaj, Sandhya Dubey, filmmaker Pradeep Srivastava, senior folk dancer Sarita Singh, Smriti Mishra, national yogasana athlete Chaurasia, Raj Kanojia, Dr. Santosh Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Ankit Gautam, Ekanki Sharma and Gaurav Srivastava. They were presented with bouquets, ceremonial shawls, mementoes and certificates of appreciation.
