Bareilly – Dhirendra Singh, representing Uttar Pradesh, was awarded the Best Speaker title at the prestigious Viksit Bharat Yuva Sansad 2025, held at the Parliament House in New Delhi. The two-day national event brought together the brightest young minds from across India to deliberate on the future of the nation, showcasing exemplary oratory skills, insightful thinking, and patriotic spirit.
Out of an overwhelming 75,000 participants from 300 districts across the country, Dhirendra was one of 105 finalists who earned the rare opportunity to speak from the historic platform of the Indian Parliament. His compelling address, deep reflections, and unwavering nationalism stood out, earning him this top honour.
A Journey of Determination and Excellence
Dhirendra’s path to the national stage was marked by rigorous competition and remarkable achievement:

At the district level, he competed against 2,400 speakers and emerged victorious, securing a place in the state-level competition.

He then outshone 240 participants at the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Lucknow, clinching the top spot and the honour to represent the state at the national level.
National Recognition
In recognition of his outstanding performance, Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya felicitated Dhirendra Singh during the concluding ceremony of the Viksit Bharat Yuva Sansad 2025.
