Cultural Extravaganza Marks Day Three of Intercollegiate Fest at Avadh Girls’ Degree College

Lucknow: The third day of the intercollegiate sports and cultural festival at Avadh Girls’ Degree College witnessed vibrant performances and artistic flair, as students from across the city competed in a series of creative events.

The festivities commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony graced by the Chief Guest, Padma Shri Dr. Vidya Bindu Singh, along with College Manager Prof. Nishi Pandey, and Principal Prof. Beena Rai, accompanied by faculty members. In her inaugural address, Dr. Singh emphasized the significance of art, literature, and Indian tradition, highlighting both ancient and contemporary aspects that continue to shape the cultural fabric of the nation.

A Showcase of Talent Across Competitions
The day was packed with a variety of cultural contests, including Quiz, Best Out of Waste, Jewelry Making, Poetry Recitation, Stone Painting, Mono Acting, and Skit competitions. Each event reflected the creativity and enthusiasm of the participants.
