CM Yogi Adityanath Attends Sant Ravidas’ Birth Anniversary

Lucknow – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attended a grand event at Ravidas Mandir, Jafar Khera, Kanpur Road, to commemorate the 648th birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Satguru Ravidas Ji Maharaj. Paying floral tributes to the revered saint, the CM highlighted the significance of karma (action) in shaping one’s destiny.

Addressing the gathering, Yogi Adityanath stated that Satguru Ravidas emphasized karma as the key to achieving the highest level of success. He cited the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita’s verse, “Karmanyevadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana”, stressing that one must focus on performing their duty without worrying about the results.

India’s Growth Rooted in Hard Work

The Chief Minister further linked Ravidas’ teachings to India’s development, asserting that prioritizing work is crucial for the country’s progress. He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and commitment to ‘Karma Sadhana’ over the past 11 years as a driving force behind India’s rise on the global stage.

The event saw participation from devotees, saints, and scholars, celebrating Sant Ravidas’ contributions to spirituality, social harmony, and the importance of ethical labor.
