Lucknow: Lucknow Management Association (LMA) successfully organized the two-day management game, Chanakya-2024 at the LMA Hall. For over 23 years, AIMA-LMA has been conducting this highly regarded business simulation event, attracting participation from various institutions and corporate teams.
The event saw the active involvement of Administrator Dr. Chandra Shekhar Rastogi from AIMA, who guided participants through the complexities of the game, focusing on crucial aspects such as time management and team dynamics for maximizing company benefits.
Participants were trained to tackle real-world business challenges, make critical decisions, and understand their impact on overall business outcomes. Through competitive gameplay, they adopted new strategies and competitive behaviors that align with today’s ever-evolving business environment.
This year, Chanakya welcomed 11 enthusiastic teams, each consisting of four members, who competed against each other in a spirit of collaboration and strategic thinking.
The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, Alok Ranjan, Former Chief Secretary of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, presented trophies and certificates to the winners . Senior LMA A.K. Mathur (Senior Vice President), Rahul Dutt (Secretary), and Rajiv Pradhan (Treasurer), were present . The program was smoothly conducted by LMA’s General Manager, Renu Chaudhary.
